The current update level of Outlook is 15.18, so you should go to the Help menu in Outlook and choose Check for Updates and get the updates. If you receive an email that contains content generated by Microsoft CRM as an Outlook add-in for Windows the content should display correctly even if it is the latest Javascript add-in kind of content. Currently, Javascript add-ins are turned on only in Outlook for Mac. They are not turned on for Word, Excel, or PowerPoint last I checked (which was in 15.17 for Word and PowerPoint and 15.18 in Excel). You imply there is a version of CRM for Outlook for Mac, but I could find no mention of such a product at the Microsoft CRM web site. Of course it might be there and I simply didn't find it. I am not aware of a way to install Javascript add-ins using Outlook for Mac at this time, but I do think this capability is coming sometime in the future.
I am an unpaid volunteer and do not work for Microsoft. 'Independent Advisors' work for contractors hired by Microsoft. 'Microsoft Agents' work for Microsoft Support.
Implicit FrontEnd for Mac is an Outlook integration solution for SugarCRM which enables users to do all their CRM work from within Outlook. Use Email side-panel in Outlook to view CRM information, update or create new CRM records and archive email to any CRM record.
At work we use Macs for our desktops. Additionally, company phones are iPhones. I'm looking for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program that will combine all contacts/info/tasks/notes/statistics/projects/etc.
From my desktop to my iPhone and vice versa. Additionally, a CRM program where I can link another account to it to share my data between the CEO and myself. While I've found a few CRM programs that look and function very well, none of them have email capability. Instead, they use a 'roundabout' way to teleport you from their program into your email. And none of the programs I found can link to Outlook, specifically.
Trying to find that 'all in one' solution, should it even exist. So, any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
